Question 4

How do I choose between steel structure and concrete?

Accepted Answer

The choice depends on clear span requirements, construction schedule, local code and material availability, fire and vibration requirements, and budget. Both systems can be suitable in different situations, and hybrid solutions are also used. Send us your project conditions and we can compare the options with you.

Question 5

How is the price quoted?

Accepted Answer

Steel structure is quoted per ton. The final cost depends on the structural design, material specification, surface treatment and the supply scope agreed for the project. We do not publish a fixed price list, because the same building area can require very different steel tonnage.

Question 6

What information do you need for a quotation?

Accepted Answer

Building dimensions (length, width, eave height), project location, intended use, crane capacity and duty if any, cladding and insulation preference, door and window requirements, applicable local code, and drawings if you already have them. With these we can prepare a tonnage-based quotation and clarify the supply scope.

Question 7
