Quoted per ton, not per square metre
A steel structure warehouse is normally quoted per ton of steel. A per-square-metre figure can only be derived once the design is known, because two warehouses of the same floor area can require very different tonnages. Any price published without a design behind it is an illustration, not a quotation.
钢结构仓库通常按钢材吨位报价。每平方米价格只有在设计确定后才能推算，因为建筑面积相同的两栋仓库，用钢量可能相差很大。没有设计依据的价格只是示意，不是报价。
What changes the tonnage
- Span and height: longer clear spans and higher eaves increase member sizes.
- Loads: wind, snow, seismic parameters and any crane tonnage with its duty class.
- Code applied: the standard the design is checked against changes member sizes and connection details.
- Bay spacing and layout: column spacing affects purlin and girt sizes as well as frame weight.
- Openings and accessories: large doors, ventilation, mezzanines, canopies and insulation add steel and fixings.
- Surface treatment: the coating system specified for the site environment affects cost and maintenance.
跨度与高度：净跨越大、檐口越高，构件截面越大。荷载：风、雪、抗震参数以及吊车吨位与工作级别。执行规范：设计所依据的标准会影响构件截面与节点详图。柱距与布置：柱距影响檩条、墙梁与框架重量。洞口与附属设施：大门、通风、夹层、雨棚与保温会增加钢材与连接件。表面处理：按现场环境确定的防腐体系会影响造价与后期维护。
Scope changes the total, not only the steel
The total project cost also depends on what is included: foundation design, anchor bolts, cladding and insulation, erection support, inland transport in China, ocean freight, insurance and destination charges. Comparing two offers is only meaningful when the scope, the standards and the exclusions are identical.
项目总费用还取决于包含内容：基础设计、地脚螺栓、围护与保温、安装支持、中国境内运输、海运、保险与目的港费用。只有当供货范围、执行标准与不含项完全一致时，两份报价才具有可比性。

Send the building dimensions, the site location, the intended use, crane requirements if any, the applicable code and any drawings you already have. With these we can prepare a tonnage-based quotation and list exactly what is and is not included.
