Crane tonnage, crane beam design and column reinforcement are confirmed by the structural design for your project. Send us the crane capacity, span and duty level you need and we will design the structure accordingly.

We supply the agreed scope with installation drawings, videos and online technical guidance for your local contractor. On-site installation support, commissioning and operator training are agreed per project before signing.

We quote steel structures per ton. The final price depends on the structural design, material specification, surface treatment and the supply scope agreed for the project. Send us your drawings, or the intended dimensions and use, and we will prepare a detailed quotation.

Steel components are bundled and loaded into containers, with the container quantity confirmed by the actual tonnage and member lengths. We arrange export loading and shipping documents for your destination port.

Foundation and anchor bolt drawings can be included when this is agreed in the contract. The design is based on your geotechnical report and local code; where these are not available, a local geotechnical survey is recommended before the foundation design is finalised.

Steel frames are usually modular, so extending the length or adding bays is often possible. Whether the existing structure can remain in use during extension depends on the original design, connections and site conditions, so the existing building needs to be assessed before an expansion plan is confirmed.

钢结构通常为模块化形式，延长长度或增加跨数一般可行。扩建期间现有结构能否继续使用，取决于原设计、节点形式与现场条件，需先对既有建筑进行评估后再确定扩建方案。

The steel grade is confirmed by the structural design for your project. Common choices are Q235B and Q345B, selected according to loads, crane duty and seismic requirements.

Steel materials are supplied with mill certificates, and we arrange dimensional checks, welding inspection and coating verification during production. Third-party inspection can be arranged on request, and you are welcome to visit the factory in China by appointment.
