Route and inland leg
DR Congo is served through several routes, and the choice affects both cost and transit time. Confirm the discharge port, who arranges the inland leg, the road conditions and any escort or permit requirement for oversized members, and where the goods will be stored before erection. Member length should be reviewed against container dimensions and against the inland transport limit before the design is frozen.
刚果（金）有多条可用路线，选择会影响费用与运输时间。请确认卸货港、内陆运输由谁安排、路况以及超长构件是否需要护送或许可，以及安装前的存放地点。构件长度应在设计确定前对照集装箱尺寸与内陆运输限制进行复核。
Documents to prepare
- Commercial invoice and detailed packing list per container.
- Bill of lading.
- Certificate of origin.
- Mill certificates and inspection reports for the steel and welding.
- Assembly drawings and erection sequence, so that containers can be opened in the right order on site.
- Any destination-specific certificate required by customs or by the bank handling the payment, notified in advance.
商业发票与逐柜详细装箱单、提单、原产地证、钢材与焊接的材质单及检验报告、安装图纸与架设顺序（便于现场按顺序开箱），以及海关或付款银行要求的目的地特殊证书（需提前告知）。
Site readiness
Before the shipment arrives, confirm that the foundation is complete and surveyed, that anchor bolt positions match the drawings, that the site can receive and store the containers, and that lifting equipment and the erection team are arranged. Delays at this stage are usually more expensive than delays in production.
货物到达前，请确认基础已完成并经过测量放线、地脚螺栓位置与图纸一致、现场具备接箱与存放条件、吊装设备与安装队伍已安排。此阶段的延误通常比生产延误代价更高。
Items to agree with the supplier
- Delivery term and the named port or place.
- Who is responsible for the foundation design and on what information it is based.
- Inspection stages, including pre-shipment inspection and third-party attendance.
- Marking and packing method, and the loading plan per container.
- Support during erection: drawings, remote guidance or on-site supervision, and the related costs.
交付条款与指定港口或地点；基础设计责任方及其依据资料；检验节点（含发货前检验与第三方参加）；编号与包装方式及逐柜装载方案；安装阶段的支持方式（图纸、远程指导或现场监督）及相关费用。
